Round 7 A Washout. Triple Bummer.

What a horrid day it was on Saturday. FOWL!
3 from 7 wash outs this summer but this was the wettest by far.


To watch the president mopping up the courts in a vain attempt to have the Club Champs started was sad indeed. Had he been living in the 21st Century he could have looked at the radar which gave it's best impression of a cyclone. The rain band was massive all day and it appeared to drift in a clockwise motion.

At least some Club Chaps games were held on Sunday and even Friday (hey -never work with kids (named Dermot) or animals)

The Club Champ double quarter finals will be held this Tuesday night (28th November).

The finals (doubles and singles) will be held on a Sunday not to far away. Will keep you posted fellow roosters.

So will Nick be knocked off his perch and will the Gallium Greeks be crowing again? Will there be another pecking order and will Mark be fowl again this year.

This Saturday we have Yuri and Nick, Dean and Dennis (I can't tell them apart) V Glenhuntly @ home.

With 7 games completed we are now half way through the season. We need wins to assure  finals participation
