Constipated or not, we’re taking Mordi in the Finals……..!!!!!!

Aug 27,2011: Preliminary Finals vs Parkdale at Lauriston
The Team produced a magnificent win, 40 games to 20. This was despite what could only be described as a serious bout of constipation by both pairs when playing the Parkdale #2 pair (a couple of grumpy old men).
First up, Deano & Alan laid to rest Parkie’s #1s, 10-2 easy. Nosti & Mark, however, when 8-3 up against the grumpies decided to play out a Greek/Roman epic tragedy on court, after which they were hit with a bout of serious constipation leading to the score getting to 8-7. One well known spectator (our own PopStar Nick) couldn’t take the pain any longer and scuttled off home. Yuri was jumping up and down proclaiming “I should be playing; I can do better!”. However, we prevailed and won 10-7.
Second set our #2s Nosti and Marcus Aurelius cut down the Parkie’s #1s 10-4, and then it was the turn of Deano and Alan to get hit with the constipation. They dragged the match on and on, staying neck and neck with the old farts, then at 8-7 cleared their bowels and won the set 10-7 again.

WE WON THE MATCH AND WE’RE IN THE FINALS  folks!!!!!
